How to play locally

Download the Windows zip package.
Extract it somewhere on your PC.
Open the Dragonfall-Jungle-Siege folder.
Run INSTALL-DRAGONFALL.bat if you want the game copied into a local install folder with desktop and Start Menu shortcuts.
You can also launch PLAY-DRAGONFALL.bat or MyProject9.exe directly from the extracted folder.

Portable build size: about 938 MB. This button uses GitHub's direct media file host so the site serves the full packaged game instead of a placeholder.

Current build: added installer helper with shortcut creation, more visible health packs across all levels, minimized HUD by default, and steadier first-person weapon handling.
